MEET our co-founders.

Eric “ish” Ishman

growing up in the concrete jungle of Queens New York, Eric “Ish” Ishman is a creative serial entrepreneur with multiple successful businesses under his belt. having been raised in the inner city and exposed to various walks of life, Ish learned the importance of resilience at a young age. known for his relentless work ethic, authenticity + adaptability; Ish practices what he preaches. he believes in putting in the work in order to achieve results, and instills those same beliefs in fellow creatives and clients. 

some of Ish’s biggest strengths are in business strategy, digital marketing and client management/affairs. his most recent notable work includes the representation of Speedy Morman, host of 360 with Speedy Morman on Complex and HBO Max Original “The HYPE”. he is also the co-founder of Comf NYC; an international streetwear brand that garnished the organic support of the likes of celebrities such as DJ Khalid, Ray J, + Offset - to name a few.  

currently Ish is based out of New York City but is seldom home. Ish is on a mission to obtain generational wealth, build the Ishman legacy + expand his global empire.

christina severin

born + raised in Toronto, Christina Severin is an entrepreneur, stylist, vintage curator + brand consultant. with a background in fashion, tech, and nearly a decade in marketing [from small agencies to the corporate world], Christina brings a wealth of knowledge, clientele expertise, and a meticulous eye for detail + perfection.

Christina first tapped into entrepreneurship in 2019 with the launch of her vintage clothing e-comm, severin vintage. solidifying herself within Toronto's fashion scene, Christina secured her role as Makeway.co’s resident vintage curator and has since worked with the likes of NBA TV Canada, Canada Basketball, RESERVE market, + more.

at her core, Christina’s main objective has always been to collaborate with + create space for women. looking to expand her network cross-border and continue to educate the generations to come, Christina hopes to bring new opportunities to young female entrepreneurs across the globe.
